Refund Policy


Products purchased from may be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:

               Annual Plans – Within 15 days of the date of the transaction

               Monthly Plans – Within 24 hours of the date of the transaction

Refund policy available only for shared hosting product. To get the 15 day money-back guarantee for your shared hosting, please put a cancellation ticket with your account within the first 15 days of purchase. We cannot refund you until the cancellation request is complete.

You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all. 

Please note that our 15 day money back guarantee does not cover refunds on web development, software development, app development, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

This Policy is provided in the English language. To the extent any translation is provided to you, it is provided for convenience purposes only, and in the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.
